Use the login button above to access Medfusion or go to medfusion.net/flatironinternalmedicine-25016/portal/#/user/login and click “I forgot my user name and/or password”.
Log in to Medfusion and click “Account”. Click “Edit” under “My Account” and select “Security” to update your email address.
